The group name EQX [CHA] now includes the names EQX [AGU], EQX [MIG], EQX A, EQX [A], EQX J, EQX [J], EQX T, EQX [T], EQX U, EQX [U], EQX V, EQX [V], EQX W, EQX [W], EQX Z and EQX [Z], which were erroneously considered as separate group names in Printed Version 1 (End et al., 1992 [END92A]).
